This policy explains what personal and health data DISC Dubai collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We take the privacy of your health information seriously.
Who we are
DISC Dubai is operated by Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic LLC, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Our data controller is reachable at privacy@disc-me.com.
What we collect
Personal data (name, Emirates ID, contact info); clinical data (assessments, notes, imaging); insurance data (policy, membership, claim history); and site-use analytics (IP, browser, pages viewed).
Why we collect it
To deliver care, bill insurers, comply with DHA regulations, improve our service, and communicate with you about appointments and follow-ups.
Who we share it with
Your insurer (for billing), other DISC clinicians on your care team (shared chart, with your consent), imaging and lab partners when referred, and regulators when required by law.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for 25 years per DHA regulation. Non-clinical data is retained for 7 years. Analytics is retained for 26 months.
