Elsa El Sangari

Experience & approach.

Elsa El Sangari is a physiotherapist from Beirut, Lebanon. She has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and a master’s degree in osteopathic manual therapy.

Elsa has experience with various sports teams and physiotherapy clinic work. She joined the DISC internship program in 2021/22 under the training of the DISC therapy team. Elsa is also a qualified personal trainer. Her favorite part of her job is working with a variety of people throughout her day. She enjoys connecting with her patients and helping instill positive change and awareness through manual medicine or simply sharing additional information.

Outside the clinic, Elsa stays active doing functional movements and sports such as swimming and table tennis. You can also find her out in nature or searching for the best hikes around town. She also enjoys cooking and playing guitar.
