Katie was born in the UK and has worked as a chiropractor since 2010. She has worked in and around London as well as in Finland.
Alongside her work with Fitness professionals and athletes she works with diverse age groups from infants to elderly individuals.
She is a specialist in manual adjustments to the spine and extremities using diversified techniques, Sacro-occipital techniques, blocking and activator techniques. She uses myofascial release techniques as well as dry needling as needed. Patients have also benefitted from her use of Vagal tone work when appropriate.
Outside of the clinic you will find Katie in the gym, seeking out some sort of adventure or trying new experiences.
