Zara Ali

Experience & approach.

Zara is a Chiropractor from Canada and she recently moved from Toronto to Dubai. She earned her Honours Bachelors of Science Degree from University of Toronto and then completed her Doctrate of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. After practicing in Canada, she moved and practiced in California, USA for 7 years. Zara has also been involved in clinical research studies and published an article in The Journal of Chiropractic & Manual Therapies in 2013.

Zara focuses on patient-centered evidence-based model of care, focusing on spinal and joint manipulations, mobilizations, soft tissue therapies, modalities, and patient specific rehabilitation program. She follows the Diversified Technique; consisting of hands-on therapy, along with active rehab care and patient educaiton. She is a firm believer that a strong doctor-patient partnership is key in optimizing results and recovery.

When she is not in the clinic, Zara enjoys time with her family at the beach, hiking scenic trails, baking up a storm and the occasional jumping out of a plane. English, Urdu, Hindi
